EPI has been informed that prices for all top level domain names (.COM, NET, etc) administered by Network Solutions will be increasing in price effective January 15th, 2012. We will update pricing on our web sites early in the new year. In the meantime, EPI recommends that clients with domain names registered through EPI consider extending their registration period now before new prices are in effect.

Earlier in the evening of Monday, October 17th EPI identified a problem which caused traffic that should be coming into EPI's data center to be incorrectly routed. The result was that many clients could not connect to our facilities. POP3 E-Mail Performing Issues EPI has received reports that some clients are experiencing performance issues when using POP3 email. This problem has been reported primarily by users of the EPI's WebMail interface program, however, we believe that clients connecting to this service using Microsoft Outlook or other third party email programs may also experience problems with performance.
